There are buttons on the site, as far as I understood on js. How to assign different goals to them?

Hello.
I have a site on WP. Somehow I ordered from a programmer that he would file down buttons with an order form for me.
Now, when ordering a specific model, data about this model comes to my mail. And now I need to assign different goals to each button in Google Analytics. There will be about 8 targets in total.
Please see how the buttons are arranged, and how it is easiest to do without knowledge of JS.
