Hello, please rate the layout.
Made with the help of Susy 2. The layout is adaptive, rubber. The layout was taken from the Internet.

1. It is possible to somehow make this div stretch and not leave the text when adding content

2. Social icons go in the mobile version after the block with text, and in the desktop version before and on the right, float and relative positioning, I achieved this , but their order has changed. Are there other solutions?

3. And I don’t know how the site looks on IE, I have a poppy, I don’t want to install a virtual machine, take a look :)

has a slightly different set of standard meta tags https://github.com/h5bp/html5-boilerplate , well, html5 tags themselves are not used <div class="header"> -> <header>.
