The Windows bootloader is not available after a failed CentOS installation. How to recover?

Win 7 and 8.1 (GPT partitions), Ubuntu 16.04.1 were successively installed on the machine. Further installation of CentOS - was unsuccessful. And after that, only the Linux bootloader remained. Windows loaders are not available (restoring, including using bootrec.exe /FixMbr, bootrec.exe /FixBoot did not help).
If you install, for example, Windows 10, will he see the old Windows bootloaders?

What you did was for MBR disks.
