The webpage happened with Bootstrap connected, what should I do?

I tried to use the bootstrap at the initial stage of the layout, but I could not use it, but I left the bootstrap connected, and now I'm in the middle of the layout, when I remove the bootstrap everything falls down, should I continue the layout with the bootstrap connected or do I need to redo it? It doesn't matter to the customer, for myself, will the layout with the bootstrap connected be convenient, will it not interfere? Meaning am I doing double duty? I want to know your opinion how to proceed?
