The VPN client was unable to verify the changes made to the ip routing table. VPN connection will not be established?

Good afternoon!
In our organization, we are transferring users to remote work. The remote connection is made through the VPN gateway (Cisco ASA). The Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client with VPN module is installed on users' home PCs. On most home computers, the connection goes through without problems, but there are some PCs on which an error occurs at the time of connection: "The VPN client was unable to verify the changes made to the ip routing table. The VPN connection will not be established."
From what I've tried:
- installed the latest Windows updates;
- turned off the antivirus;
- rearranged the VPN client a couple of times;
But none of this helped. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?
