Using only the service token of the application, it was previously possible to find out if the user deleted the application from himself.
Somehow quietly, without entries in the roadmap and changes in VK API versionsusers.isAppUser() , the method was cut out from everywhere. Only traces remain in the code examples for the execute() method

Mb will it work? From the user, using the application key, we request settings by passing his id.
I think if he deleted it - it will be seen by the numbers. Haven't really tried it myself yet.
