The use of the closed 14th Wi-Fi channel in Ukraine - is someone following this?

There is a legal Wi-Fi network with a length of ≈4 km (in the private sector). All 13 channels are clogged, or suffer from interference from "neighbors". With all the seductiveness of Channel 14, I'm afraid of getting caught by some kind of inspector.

Is anyone following these things? Should I be afraid of inspections?

Formally, they can get to the bottom. But formally in Ukraine they can get to the bottom of anything.
Scan the air - if everything is clear and no one is offended - good luck to you =))
Please note that when moving to channel 14, neighbors on channels 11/13 (I don’t know what you are using now) from competitors (L2 interference) turn into interferers ( L1 hindrance) - in the end it may turn out that everything has only gotten worse. That is why users are hammered in that ONLY channels 1/6/11 can be used. Moving makes sense only if there are "creative" neighbors on channels 7-10/12.
On the other hand, if you say that the network is "legal" - i.e. there is permits for operation, then it is much better to CALL to UCHN and say “I have a legal grid here - but they interfere with it to work normally.” They must react. Then you will not have problems, but they will :) Although - see the first two sentences :)

In the first quarter of the streaming period, the facsimiles from the radio frequency monitoring of the UDCR in the Kiev region revealed 8 illegally flammable REZs to the Wi-Fi standard, the parameters of three REZs were brought up to the basic standards, and 'Five spivrobitniki UMVS of Ukraine have learned from koristuvachiv, - said the head of the Ukrainian state center of radio frequencies Pavlo Slobodyanyuk in an interview with one of the votchizhnyah TV channels.

In support of the power supply, as frequent checks of tension are carried out and the RES of Wi-Fi barriers are carried out, Pavlo Slobodyanyuk pointed out that the UDCR should not conduct such visits on purpose. In addition, it is necessary, having voiced the wines, the specialists to carry out the testing of the tension of the radio transmitters for the verification of the validity of the parameters, as indicated by the permission, which we see under the operation of the REZ. The frequency of the instrumental assessment of the parameters of the development of skin RES in the case of technical radiomonitoring is at least once a month.

Yes. is watching. UkrFrequentObserved. A small car with antennas on the roof drives. According to the law of Ukraine, all radio devices with a power above 10mW * (milliWatt) are subject to certification, and therefore taxation. One thing is a home Wi-Fi router, for which hardly anyone will dig. But an extended Wi-Fi network is a completely different matter.

≈4 km long

Wi-Fi carriers in my city spend a lot of money on frequency licenses.
There were no precedents for “attacks” on private Wi-Fi networks in my memory.
But, nominally, you are breaking the law.
* Nominally EVERYTHING except bluetooth (((
