The transform:rotate property spoils the quality of the image. Is there a way to minimize quality loss as much as possible?

Who faced the problem of image quality distortion when applying transform? Tell me how are you fighting?
Here is a demo on jsfiddle: https://jsfiddle.net/mirenrich/gpa339pr/
I use rotate(1deg) and you can immediately notice the quality distortion

perhaps the transition to svg will help // I didn’t do it myself, but I saw a lecture on the topic,
insert svg into css with a piece of base64 code
