The touch in Unity works even before the application starts, what should I do about it?

Hello.
There are 3 applications written in Unity. All three have the same type of problem - the touch in them starts working even before the first scene appears. Based on the fact that the problem is in all applications, I consider this a bug of Unity itself. How it works:
1. I launch the application
2. A standard made by Unity splash screen is shown, at this time I click on the area of the screen where I have some button in the first scene, for example, the button to exit the application.
3. The splash disappears, the first scene is shown and immediately the event of pressing the button located in the area of the screen that I taped while the splash was shown is processed in it. Naturally, at this point I no longer press anything.
Those. if you start the game, tap when the splash is shown in the exit button area, immediately after hiding the splash, the application will be closed.
The touch is implemented through the standard Unity Canvas. The Unity version is 2019.1.14f1.

Have you experienced this, why is this happening? If they did, how did you fix it?
