Such a problem, the touch screen is tired on my android, version 4.4.
The screen is large, but the upper bar does not work (I can call notifications from above, but I can’t press a little lower, and then I can).
So the question is, are there any applications that allow you to call either a virtual mouse or compress the control window with a touch?
I don’t consider the option about a connected mouse here, the magic mouse connects perfectly and everything suits me, except that it’s not an option to carry a mouse with you.

hmm, there are such programs for changing the screen resolution, you can try, but I don’t see other solutions other than a mouse.
And for the Internet, use Puffin Browser, where you can call the mouse
