The time is floating or incorrectly displayed on the smartphone (Android)

Hello, habravians!

Background: I bought a texet tm3204r smartphone. The one with which nails can be hammered. Everything is fine, except for the set time.

Problem: Time flies. First, I set external synchronization, the clock took the time - it is 9 minutes ahead. Surprised. I set the alarm for 7:00. The alarm clock rang at 7.09 - that is, really at 7.00, but the phone showed 7.09.
I got up and went to work. I take out the phone, turn it on (real time 7.54) - it first shows 7.54, then immediately shows 8.03. I was even more surprised.
I came to work, set the time manually - in a day the clock is 6 minutes faster, the alarm clock still rings at the correct time.

Tell me what is it? What is it with? Where to dig?

PS I took the warranty for two years, because I do not trust the little-known Chinese, so I'm not interested in the root password. I would like to solve the problem without bloodshed.

Thanks in advance!

In general, I close the question with my own version (I do not pretend to be the truth!).
I downloaded ClockSynk - without root rights, it takes time via NTP and just shows me what exact time and how much my time is in a hurry behind. Accordingly, to "recognize" the exact time, you need access to the Internet.

@karabox

try disabling time sync from your carrier

I had such a situation :) I already slept twice to work with this glitch, the clock jumped by + 2 hours, exactly jumping over the alarm time, then during the day they jumped back and forth several times, then suddenly it tells me that I changed the time zone, and they say switch to a new time, etc.
This kind of glitch seems to be inherent in Android devices, tk. I have already seen this on two devices:
HTC Wildfire (Android 2.1)
Samsung ACE3 (Android 4.2.2)
At the same time, I have a second phone, an old Alcatel, at the same time I did not experience synchronization problems on the same operator.
It is very difficult to catch the problem, since it is caused by some fatal combination of circumstances, and as a rule the phenomenon is not long-lasting. On the same days, in the same city, some friends had the same situation, while others had no problems, so geographically it does not “stop”.
PS: Beeline operator (if anything)
