The theme flies on mobile, how to fix it?

There was a problem with the site on wordpress. After transferring the site to another hosting, we noticed that the theme flies on a mobile device, exactly when you connect via mobile Internet. On wi-fi, everything is well displayed.

The theme is shared with reduxe framework.
Perhaps someone can give a direction where to dig?

In what sense "theme flies"? If you are talking about styles, then:
Turn on debugging from your phone via USB. And study your site. What does it download, why, at what URL, what does your server return.
