The terminal freezes after the webpack command, what should I do?

Good afternoon
Has anyone encountered a similar problem: after some commands in the standard Windows console, this same console no longer allows you to enter commands. The process does not hang, but in fact nothing can be done, you have to reopen the console.
Specifically, this problem manifests itself when I want to build my webpack assembly, after entering the "webpack" command, the assembly is assembled, but the console goes into a read-only state.

I found a solution, press ctrl + c, thereby completing the execution of the batch file and using the console further

Do you have the watch: true flag set?
And it would be better to throw off your example, it's much easier
