The Task Scheduler task is not working. What could be the reason?

Hello. I am creating a task. In the "Action" I select the Winamp-a playlist (the type of action is "Start the program"). In triggers, I set the right time to complete the task. Reactions 0. Nothing happens. Although the same on other PCs - it works (Winamp starts). Checked.
1. Windows 7 Ultimate, 32bit
2. Winamp installed, as an application for the .m3u8 extension (Winamp-a playlist), set to Winamp.
3. If I press forcibly on the "Run" button, then for some reason Windows Media Player is launched and not Winamp, although Winamp is specified in the associations.

Somehow it should be -
More precisely, in the help you need to look at the command line keys.
Regarding "does not start" - what does it mean? You do not see the effect, or does it say "not completed" in the scheduler?
It is quite possible that you are running it under a different user, then of course you will not see it, or there are not enough rights.
In general, you need to look at what the scheduler says about the launch.

.m3u8 is not an executable file (program) and cannot be run
