The tablet does not turn on after the update, what should I do?

The problem is as follows: I got myself an Irulu X1 9 tablet, after turning it on, updates came over the air, I downloaded it and clicked to install (it was 80% charged). After the reboot, the tablet did not turn on. I can't turn it on. The menu does not enter the boot (I tried the combinations power button + sound louder, power button + sound quieter, power button + back button. Nothing happens when connected to a PC, except for a burning blue sensor. What can you advise?

I took it from China, as a gift for New Year's Eve. I'm afraid all litigation and disputes may drag on and I will not have time to return or exchange.
The in-depth reset button didn't help.

If there are no signs of tablet activity, then battery overdischarge is possible. It is necessary to disassemble and measure the voltage of the battery itself and with the power supply connected. The operating voltage is usually indicated on its case. If the voltage is normal, you can disconnect the battery for 10-15 minutes and reconnect. Good luck.
