The system cannot find the specified path?

I can't access a folder using cd, it keeps saying The system cannot find the specified path. Nooo only works if the folder is on the desktop, I didn't spell it correctly, etc. It can't be because I'm copying the names. And it happens that you just entered cd "name" and just nothing.

If the folder name contains spaces, its name must be enclosed in quotation marks.
