The styles of the admin panel have flown, how to return?

Added ROOT URL STATIC

STATIC_URL = '/static/'

STATICFILES_DIRS = [
    os.path.join(BASE_DIR, "static"),
]

STATIC_ROOT = "/home/www-data/mysite/static/"

Made collectstatic
Added to urls and still without styles

What to do?

Wrote in support why the user changed, returned everything as it was and the issue was resolved.
