The site that is deployed on the server does not open. What could be the problem?

There is a remote server with a white IP address, which we go to and a certain site1 opens through port 80.
Customers want to deploy another project to the same white IP address, but with port 8080. I launched the wildfly server itself, deployed the war file, but with port 8080 does not open the page. Although if you do not specify the port or specify 80, then site1 opens automatically.
I'm just starting to work in web development, so I don't even know where to go and what to check.

The problem was on the customer's side. They needed to open an additional port to be forwarded to port 8080.
