The site loads very slowly after loading the goods, what should I do?

The problem is this. The site is on OpenCart, a lot of products were stuffed into it through synchronization. Now, on every load, it seems to be making a request for all products with every page loaded. How to resolve this conflict?
I think the solution with caching is not the most working, because the first load of the site will be heavy.
Tell me the options, what do they do with this? It seems that the problem is common and opencart is kind of like a store and should be ready for this, but there is a problem.
