The site is not displayed correctly on the local server?

Transferred the site from the hosting to the one raised on ubuntu lamp, the site opened, but I can’t go into one menu, an error crashes

The requested URL /sert was not found on this server.

I understand that the urls flew off? Or something needs to be changed in robots? please tell me where to dig.

robots is the source of the problem! 100%. I don’t know yet what’s wrong with it, but I noticed one thing for sure - I have all the letters in it black, not green and red, as you gave in the example.

does mod_rewrite itself work?
When restarting (sudo service apache2 restart) does not swear?
If it swears then do sudo a2enmod rewrite

Really. Look at the logs and everything will fall into place.
