The site has redirected too many times. How to fix?

Please help. I'm using opencart 3. Site on local server, got error:
Site redirected too many times.
Cyclic redirect on the page.
.htaccess standard, cleaned cookies, updated modifiers. How else can you overcome the error?

.htaqccess to the studio
in access.log look specifically at what is in the loop

Check the configs, most likely there is an error in the paths. Or the hoster caches, then it will go by itself quickly
