The site does not open via HTTPS on Win serv 2008 r2, but everything is fine via HTTP, why?
Good day! It was necessary to test the certificate renewal on the Win 2008 r2 virtual machine. For this, a site created using IIS was made on HTTP on the same server. By HTTP, the browser opens my symbolic site, and the virtual machine on XP also sees and opens the site. Next, I add an https binding with port 443, respectively, I restart the site, I try to enter via https:// , but the browser does not open. IE cannot display the web page, Google Chrome also writes that the site cannot be accessed. I dig in the internet, according to the instructions of the guys in the internet, add a binding and everything works. But not for me)
everything is on the workgroup
