The site does not open through the local machine. After SSL connection?

After connecting the SSL certificate to the Ubuntu server. The site just stopped opening on the computer (where the same server is) ... Here is the error:

On the mobile Internet and from other access points, the site is available. What could be the problem, help out friends.

Write the line
127.0.0.1 servername in hosts
and it will work.
