The site constantly registers users with the same First Name / Last Name who do not activate their account. Do you need to do something with them?

Users with the same First Name / Last Name are constantly registering on my site. They never activate their account and never log in to the site. Occurs on average 1-2 times a day. Should I sound the alarm and take some action? Has anyone experienced this?

Make the deletion of non-activated accounts after 72 hours, and after 36 hours send them a letter again, and see if your letters are already spammed by these mailers, and therefore they will not be activated.
