For the simplest project, I decided to choose a banal circuit, MK + LED, what would you recommend to buy?

install the driver for the programmer. It connects to the MK using a breadboard: the legs of the MK and the contacts of the programmer are connected in accordance with the datasheet + there is a pinout for the programmer on the Internet

If you want toys - I take an arduino. If you want something serious - take STM32F4-DISCOVERY. The asking price is about the same.

If you just need to blink, then maybe the arduino is easier? Plugged it in and write the code right away. XD
