The simplest procedures for a webmaster in Ubuntu?

I used ISPManager, now I want to master the same functions without using a paid PU.
Create a user, create a folder is not a problem.
But I have not found information anywhere on how to create a domain, maybe it's super simple, so they don't write about it anywhere.
I also know that FTP servers are different, so I want to know which one is in ISPmanager. (After all, after deleting the ISPManager service, everything created with the help of it remains?).

You do not need to create a domain, you need to register it in the configuration file of your web server.
If the server is Apache, then the domain is assigned to the new VirtualHost .
If you are not at all familiar with server administration, I advise you to install any free panel.

claim that the password database is encrypted on the client side with a common password that they do not store.
