The servers host key is not cached in the registry - what does it mean?

I connect to the server, I get the message
>The server's host key is not cached in the registry. You have no guarantee that the server is the computer you think it is.
Previously, I just clicked Yes, now it became interesting what it is and how, in fact, you can get "guarantee that the server is the computer you think it is".

On the first connection, and the answer is yes, the server key is stored on the client. When reconnecting, the client checks whether this is the server, or someone is imitating it.
Before that, the originality of the server cannot be checked, which is what the warning is about.
