The server crashes from time to time. How to treat?

We have a windows 2008 server standart guest system on a host machine running vmware esxi 5.5 on thin disks
Terminal server. Falls from time to time. BSOD error - SESSION_HAS_VALID_POOL_ON_EXIT

Crashes began after a pack of updates rolled on March 16
What I did
1. Checked the disks with chkdsk - no errors
2. I ran it with a drweb - cleanly
3. Rolled up the recommended hotfix
As a result, it still crashes. I have the last option left - to demolish the updates that came on March 16.
Maybe there are other options to try?
