The sequence of setting up the CNC on the working project. How to minimize losses?

Good day.
On the working project, you need to configure the CNC, previously the url looked like /page/id/. You need to use alias instead of id.

The technical implementation is simple and straightforward, but I'm concerned about the implications of mass link changes.

  • Since the URLs are old, they are linked to by many third-party resources.
  • The current URLs are indicated by many links within the site itself in the blog
  • The reaction of search engines to a mass change of links is not quite clear
  • It is not entirely clear how much you can change the url and for how long so that the search engines do not impose serious sanctions

I'm not an SEO specialist and don't know much about search engine optimization. I want to get advice from more experienced specialists on organizing a work plan for introducing CNC into an existing project using the example of one section - Product Catalog.

I have compiled a list that I consider to be minimal for the introduction of human-readable URLs:
- Apply for the product (3 pcs.). Test
- Set up 301 redirects for products that have changed
- Set up a url change schedule of 60 links per week + create redirects to new urls
- Specify changes in Yandex and Google webmaster

Please tell me what I'm missing and what difficulties you may encounter.

Everything seems to be so.
the only thing is to exclude all get parameters like ?search=lalala from the index, such
as filters, etc.
for example ?id=5&color=read&cost=140-499&in=moscow
because their title is not unique and there is no sense in it.
And I would first include new ones in the index and then gradually delete the old ones.
