The second Whatsapp is disabled, how to activate it?

I have 2 sims, a samsung phone, on 2 whatsapp it says disabled, how to turn it on ?? it is on external media, there is no turn on button. What to do??? On the main SIM card where there is 1 whatsapp everything works and 2 whatsapp is disabled
