I couldn’t figure out how to make two sites on one license.
Question: There is a site at the address, say sait.ru for License for "1C-Bitrix: Site Management - Start"
How to create a copy of the site but on a new domain. Just explain on your fingers.

On the same server but on a new domain name? If so, then simply write a DNS entry to the current ip address.
If you need to make a copy on a separate server, i.e. to have two independent sites, the license does not allow this. It is impossible that there would be two cores on one license.
Key point - will it be on a separate server? If so, then make a backup of the site, deploy it on a new server, take a new license key and paste it into the /bitrix/license_key.php file . As a result, you get an old site on a new hosting with a new license key.

One database is used, the upload and bitrix folder should be a symlink from the first site. In the docks they have everything normally described.
