The SDK 'Msbuild.Sdk.Extras/1.4.0' specified could not be found - how to install this component?

Good afternoon, I'm trying to build a project using msbuild,
at first I also swore at microsoft.net.sdk that it could not be found, I solved the problem by installing .Net core build tools
Now I can’t defeat this problem,
sort of like in program files / dotnet/sdk/xxx/sdks - there is no such folder
What is missing for the project to build?
