The screen behaves inadequately in the cold. how to fix?

Samsung I9060. Lie down on a cold surface for a couple of minutes, it starts to go all in stripes, flickers. Slightly like TV interference. The temperature at which it starts to glitch is about +18 degrees. If you warm it in your hands, everything will return to normal
. What should I do?
UPD What is the reason?

It seems that somewhere something with capacitors or some kind of microcrack. If the device behaves inadequately within the permissible operating temperature specified in the documents for the device, then this is in the warranty. Or do you repair yourself? See contacts in general

And to do nothing, you can't really do anything. Is it possible to buy another phone or a fur coat for this :)

Read, most likely the problem of the screen itself of this device model (I don’t remember which one, but on some of the windows phone models, the screen and touchpad also begin to behave inappropriately when cooled by a few degrees, I’m afraid this is irreparable.)
