The Russian interface language is not connected after building firefox 69 from sources under Debian 10. Why?
There is Debian 10 + KDE Plasma 5.14. I decided to build firefox 69 from sources with a patch for the KDE Plasma 5 global menu. I assembled it, installed it together with the Russian language pack. But, firefox started with the English interface. I looked in the list of available languages - there is Russian. When you try to select swears at the signature. If you remove the language pack and set the interface language manually in firefox itself, then everything works fine. I tried to rebuild the language pack with the extension files installed manually, it still swears at the signature. What could be the problem?
