The "rails server" command sees a LOAD ERROR error. How to fix?

Hello! This is my first time building an app, following the instructions on installrails.com . When the application is already created and lying on the desktop, the "rails server" command sees a LOAD ERROR error.
Like in terminal

[email protected] blog % rails s

Something is wrong when starting the framework due to files in the project.
I recommend creating a new project.
