The project on asp.net is compiled into .dll, what should I do with it now?

I am a complete noob in asp.net, tell me, here I compiled the project into a .dll - How can I use it now?
For the site, of course.
Everything is clear with php, this is a template engine, but how is it?

Well, let's put it not in .dll, but in a whole folder. There must be scripts and styles and views. Only in the bin folder - dlls. So what to do? Open IIS, create a site or application, and specify the path to the application. Further new miracles are possible, such as setting up IIS, but this is already a topic for a separate conversation and question.
