The processor with CBO gets very hot, in games up to 100 C, what should I do?
I changed the thermal paste a month ago, applied a thin, neat layer (Arctica MX-4). Before that, the temperature in games was a maximum of 60 C, now it is 90-100 C, but in games (Warzone, Overwatch) the temperature on the desktop is 55 C, at 90-100 C the PC does not turn off. I didn’t change the water for 1 year, I don’t know if this is the case, I watched a video on this topic, they say that without water, the pump in the cooler will stop working altogether. What should I do and how to identify the problem, because disassembling a PC and changing water is not so easy for me, especially if this is not the case. Help me please!!!

With such a dead CBO processor, you don't need it. Buy an ordinary tower cooler and you will have zero problems, low temperatures and silence.
