The problem with the operation of the Dark Reader extension on the Yandex domain. wtf?

Greetings!

Do Habr experts have an idea why the Dark Reader extension does not work ? Perhaps there are solutions to this problem?

The problem with the operation of the Dark Reader extension on the Yandex domain:

• The ya.ru site is displayed normally, in a dark theme:

• But the yandex.ru site is displayed as if with the Dark Reader extension disabled:

— although the extension is enabled on this page:

Wrote to the developer in April "Dark Reader" about this problem, but he is silent.

Technical support for Yandex.Browser (I use Dark Reader in it), answered like this:

At the moment, the Dark theme of the browser does not apply to website pages.

As a temporary workaround, you can try the following.
1) Paste the text into the address bar: browser://flags/#enable-aura-tooltips-on-windows
2) In the search field, type "Dark" and press Enter.
3) For "Force Dark Mode for Web Contents" in the drop-down list, select "Enabled".
4) At the bottom of the page, in the prompt that appears, click the "Relaunch" button.
5) Check the changes after restarting the browser.

In addition, we will try to identify the reasons for the incorrect operation of the Dark Reader extension on the pages of Yandex services. Your message has been sent to the developers. We'll need some time.

When there is any news or additional information is required, I will contact you. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

- I tried, but too black background contrasts strongly with white text, not good for the eyes. Gray background and text (customizable) is still better.
