A couple of months ago, the hosting wrote about the hacking of the site and asked to remove virus files. After the site was cured, an unauthorized visitor lost the ability to add goods to the cart (everything works fine for the admin, the goods are added and the order is placed). Access rights in the settings allow the use of the basic cart module, etc. (I did full rights as an admin, it did not help). Drupal has been updated to the latest version, the Basic cart module has also been completely updated (we work flawlessly on another similar site). What could be the problem of blocking the shopping cart for site visitors?

Most likely, an anonymous user with uid=0 was accidentally deleted from the users table.
