The Pro for Trello extension in Chrome does not always work, how to fix it?

I use trello, I really liked the Pro for Trello chips for chrome - it highlights the urgency of cards, you can add story points, how many there are in a column, deadlines, etc. But all this functionality stopped working for me ... who knows what the reason is. Even the link to the settings in Trello itself is not displayed?
Maybe it's Trello itself that cuts it so that I can buy the paid version? In fact, the plugin allows you to do what Power-Ups do, only for free.
