The print stamp is hard to see when scanning a document. How to fix?

Such devices came into operation - Xerox WorkCentre 3335. An unpleasant thing was found (so far on 3 devices) - when scanning a document in color, the print stamp is very poorly visible on the scan, while the text on the same sheet is clearly visible.
I tried to play with brightness/contrast, scanned both over the network and over USB, tried to google it, but the result is still the same. During the experiments, it turned out that when scanning in the "Grayscale" mode, the print is displayed in the best way of all the options tried. It feels like something needs to be tweaked somewhere in the device itself.
In general, can anyone come across a similar one, tell me how you managed to solve such a problem? Or in which direction you can try to dig.
