Hello! There is a site on wordpress with installed multilingual plugin Polylang . Recently I discovered that it turns out that in addition to the page of records https://site.com/ru/page-records , he created an additional language page https://site.com/ru with the name Russian.
How to exclude this page from visibility and in general from the index?
In htaccess I prescribe
Redirect 301 /site.com/ru/ https://site.com/
but for some reason it does not work ..?

Actually, this is the main page of your site in an alternative language. That's the way it should be.
