The phone is not charging from the computer via usb?

At home, there are several android phones from different manufacturers, none of them are charged from a computer or laptop via usb. The charging indicator is always in the same place, for example, 10% of the charge remains, and it remains even after an hour in the process of charging from the computer.

Most likely there is not enough charging current, you must first find it out (with a tester, usb-doctor, programmatically on phones) and then solve the
main options for lack of power: 1.
too thin cable - try with other cables
front panel cable - try charging from the back panel
3. low-power circuits of the motherboard - vryatli because for the most part they adhere to the standard
4. powering the v_usb bus from the standby power bus - this is completely real. designed only to turn on the computer from the periphery, but not to power devices - you need to look at the jumpers / BIOS settings

Does the phone even show that charging has begun? If so, there is not enough power due to motherboard features, component settings, or a bad wire.

If the motherboard manufacturer does not declare the function of charging devices via USB, then you should not count on normal charging currents. My iPad also does not charge from a USB computer (and neither at home nor at work), but the iPhone charges perfectly. That's just the iPhone from charging a maximum of 600mA pulls, and the iPad - 2.4A.
If you have doubts about the quality of USB ports, buy this thing , it will help you understand if the voltage is normal and what current your gadgets consume. Well, at the same time, you can identify low-quality USB cables and throw them in the trash.
