The page gives an error. What to do?

Good afternoon. I started from the tutorial https://djbook.ru/rel1.9 I did everything as in the first lesson and it says, but it gives me an error Using the URLconf defined in trial_project.urls, Django tried these URL patterns, in this order:
^polls/
^ admin/
The empty path didn't match any of these.
What to do? Maybe the versions don't match?
