- Delay up to 5 seconds
- Switching between screen and webcam
- Display on mobile devices

You can write a screen capture yourself or grab something like this .
Do I understand correctly that this will have to be done from the browser? If application all the same to write, it will be easier.
What mobile devices are we talking about? You can forget about WebRTC in the browser on iOS. So that leaves MSE or fragmented-mp4
