1. If a designer has made a layout by pushing a grid into it, but the positioning of the elements is not following the grid, what is the way out? Fit to grid or flex with fixing non-standard indents?
2. The first block is a full screen video, the next block is with a background that has a non-standard image, how to do it right? Set margin for overlapping the second block on the first one? Positioning?
