The most simple application for reducing pictures?

Firework! Recommend some simple and frishny application for Windows, which can reduce the size of jpeg files.
It is desirable that there is no need to install and that there are templates so that I can, for example, create a template “make the image size up to 3mb, 72dpi, 800x600”. Ideally with batch processing.
It is necessary that clients can reduce the photos in a large size (about 50mb.), Before uploading them to my site.

FastStone Photo Resizer

FastStone Photo Resizer is an image converter and renaming tool that intends to enable users to convert, rename, resize, crop, rotate, change color depth, add text and watermarks to images in a quick and easy batch mode. Drag and Drop mouse operation is well supported.

Yes, free for non-commercial use: FastStone Image Viewer and FastStone Photo Resizer are provided as freeware for personal and educational use. In these cases, you are granted the right to use these programs free of charge. However, for commercial use, a license is required.

I use XNView www.xnview.com
The tools have batch processing plus the nconvert utility for converting files via the command line. For me, the advantage was that batch processing parameters can be set through the xnview interface, and then saved as a batch file for nconvert, which can then be run.
See also the utility www.xnview.com/en/xnconvert/

IrfanView is small, lightweight and very functional. Works great in portable mode. There is support for working through the command line, there is a Russian language and a Russian manual.

Copy-paste a few examples from the manual:
i_view32.exe c:\test.bmp /convert=c:\test.jpg
i_view32.exe c:\*.jpg /convert=d:\temp\*.gif
i_view32.exe c:\*.jpg /resize=(500,300) /convert=d:\temp\*.png
i_view32.exe c:\*.jpg /resize=(500,300) /aspectratio /resample /convert=d:\temp\*.png
i_view32.exe /filelist=c:\mypics.txt /resize=(500,300) /aspectratio /resample /convert=d:\temp\*.png
i_view32.exe c:\test.bmp /convert=c:\test_$Wx$H.jpg
i_view32.exe c:\test.bmp /resize=(100,100) /resample /aspectratio /convert=d:\$N_thumb.jpg
i_view32.exe c:\test.bmp aspectratio /convert=d:\temp\$T(%Y%m%d)\test_$Wx$H.jpg
i_view32.exe c:\test.bmp /convert=$D$N.jpg
i_view32.exe c:\*.bmp /convert=$D$N.jpg
i_view32.exe c:\*.jpg /advancedbatch /convert=c:\temp\*.jpg
i_view32.exe c:\test.bmp /transpcolor=(255,255,255) /convert=c:\giftest.gif
i_view32.exe c:\test.jpg /dpi=(72,72)

Have a look at Light Image Resizer . Free and even happens in the portable version (i.e. does not require installation). I tried a lot of different ones, this one turned out to be the simplest and most convenient.
