The most relevant sites for finding remote work (web developer) in the Russian Federation?

I am a beginner "specialist" (web developer).
My stack: HTML5, CSS3, JS(es6), React, Next.js, Typescript.

When looking for my first job or internship, I came across a number of difficulties:

  1. Many companies are considering professionals with experience.
  2. When responding to the current vacancy, half of the employers do not respond even after months (that is, a complete ignore), as an example of "HeadHunter". At the moment I have about 100 responses, while about half have not been considered.
  3. Most consider from the middle level
  4. For many companies, the requirements indicate that a junior level specialist must have commercial development experience of 1 year or more.
  5. Some companies incorrectly indicate information that they are looking for an employee on a remote basis, i.e. the person must be located directly in the city where the company's headquarters are located, but remote work is ALLOWED provided that the employee is in the city (nearby).
  6. If the company responds to the response, then a test task flies in response, which I complete on time, but then there is silence, as if the company forgets about a possible candidate, while the vacancy still hangs on the bulletin board.
  7. On freelance exchanges, junior-level tasks sometimes recruit 100-300 applicants, which complicates the search for the first job. Moreover, on such exchanges, sometimes there are entire companies that perform the same tasks and at the same time they have a good rating, which you can only compete with by starting your own YouTube channel.

How do you guys get through and what are you focusing on?

Do you attribute to the test phrases like "I would appreciate your feedback", "I look forward to your decision" or similar? In accordance with your individual manner of communication, but such that would clearly indicate: you need an answer.
Maybe they would be less silent.
XPy sometimes still advise himself to call back in three days. You can not ask directly, but pretend that you are worried if the letter has reached.

Normal jobs, like normal clients, are found through friends of friends. Facebook was closed, but there is VKontakte. Create a profile there, write about your skills and that you are looking for a job, add friends of friends, and then friends of their friends - it's elementary: add friends and write on professional topics.
