The menu has folded into a burger, how can I return it to normal?

After the update, the menu folded into a burger. Tried different methods does not help ... Who knows how to solve the problem?

It collapsed due to the custom title bar.
As I understand it, on Sublime Text 4 you have two options:

• Stop using the adaptive theme (Adaptive theme), and switch to the standard (Default theme) or default dark (Default Dark theme);
  
• Set the setting added in ST4 disable_custom_title_barto true. After that, the hamburger will disappear and you will have a "classic" menu that can be styled as "light", "dark" or "system".
