Good afternoon. I make a media query for 992px and when switching to 992px it turns out not at all what I wrote, and when I switch to 991px, the styles are the same as I wrote in the media. Attached screenshots, it's clear. Immediately I say what you need without min-width!

you most likely have a problem in col-lg-*, 992px+ they work, but stop at 991
